Looks basically good at a first scan, but your timing is maybe a bit off since I'm submitting a bunch of PM-related patches and everything collides! (Since you're changing readl everwhere.) (*)
If you could re-gen your patch against what's in the gadget-2.6 tree right now, that'd work a lot better. Then likely I'd just be able to merge it as-is, after those PM patches, without needing to worry about whether I broke a working patch you submitted.

(*) If you're inclined, that might be a good time to provide
non-stubbed versions of the suspend/resume calls. Looks
like your suspend might be as simple as suspending the
root hub and stopping USB clocks, and resume would restart
clocks then resume the hub. (Non-essential, of course.)-------------------------------------------------------
