The driver is fine. He's not said what hardware it's using, so something on his board is misbehaving ... such as readl() swapping. It'd be wierd if that only affected the root hub registers, and not all the others; but sometimes hardware designers have done stranger things.

The USB Host Comtroller Interface is complied with the USB 1.1
OpenHCI Rev. 1.0.It is in our chip.I just get the controller register description. There are no more info about it .
CPU is mips based (big endian).Because usb devices connectted directly 2-port hub work successfully,the hardware designers think hardware is ok. So ...
