Not from what I can tell. That is, I didn't notice for any other drivers (or frameworks) adding such policies. These are just mechanism hooks after all.

Such policies would need to be consistent across the
whole kernel ... and from what I can tell, the whole
notion of "vetoable suspend requests" has fallen by
the wayside.
