Brilliant!! The ov518 driver is the one I need - but like you say, thats not an issue for us to discuss. A new patch would be fantastic - I saw lots of stuff that looked incomplete, but I didn't know quite how how to handle it. Thanks for your work with this driver, sorry for pestering you so much!! - and I look forward to you patch.
The ovcamchip patch is now available at http://alpha.dyndns.org/ov511/download/patches/
I'll put it through some testing and submit it to LKML today or tomorrow. I encourage anyone with a 2.6 system and a W9967CF/W9968CF camera to test it. It should also work as a replacement for the ovcamchip driver from my 2.27 package.
Greg, since it's an I2C driver you might want to look it over. Or not. Whatever :)
