... driver for usb device controller of the AT91RM9200 ?
Ask over on the linux-arm-kernel list ... at least five other people asked about one of those drivers, unclear whether anyone started yet. I hope we don't end up with six different drivers!
One person asking about it asked an interesting question, an in response I posted a "skeleton" driver for a UDC controller.
