It means everything's working as it should, except that for some reason
some interrupt transfer isn't getting rescheduled in the normal spot:
the completion handler for that transfer.  And even that isn't necessarily
a problem ... but it's odd, and could indicate some sort of issue with that
driver.  An issue that might have more serious consequences later.
