Ick, my gregkh-2.6 bk tree is a mess, too many patches in there, I think
I'll have to start using Andrew's patch scripts soon...

Anyway, with only the usb-bk tree, I don't see this problem at all, so
it's not a USB issue (or one that I can find.)  I'll work on tracking
this down some more.
