The only changes I made to usb-skeleton.c code are those:
/* Define these values to match your devices */ #define USB_SKEL_VENDOR_ID 0x04B4 #define USB_SKEL_PRODUCT_ID 0x1002
As I said in the previous message, I noticed in the the kernel log output that another driver claims my device when it's plugged in. I'm wondering now if there is a way (apart from Vendor/Product ids) to make USB subsystem associate my driver with the device when it's plugged in.
