I have a problem with the TUSB3210 bootload driver for Linux that I downloaded from sourceforge.net. When I run it I get the following error message:
Bus scan: Success Error initializing USB.
On my system I have installed the Fedora Core 3 distribution. My Linux kernel version is 2.6.9-1.667.
When I plug in my USB device, I can see the entry for the device in the /proc/bus/usb/devices file.
I also checked the /sys/bus/usb/drivers directory and I got the following listing:
hiddev hub usb usbfs usbhid
I guess that means that my USB drivers have been loaded?
Previously I had installed the RedHat 8.0 distribution and I was able to use the bootload driver with no problem. Is there in incompatibility issue with the newer libraries? Or part of my configuration is wrong? How can I check?
I hope someone can help me with this problem.
Thanks.
Silva
