Hello everyone,

It seems like removable usb devices in windows get formatted without a partition table
(I can't even create partitions on removable devices).

Problem is, Linux seems to expect a partition table, and just reads garbage of windows formatted media..

Is it me doing something wrong ?

PS. FileStorage Gadget in linux, when operating as removable, does not give sense MEDIA_CHANGED (0x28)
but rather just returns no sense to indicate that there is medium in device. Is it not mandatory to give 0x28 to signify medium insertion ?

Thanks
Boris
