Did you try duplicating the entry with Product ID 0x1200 (adjusting the
value to 0x1002 to match your device)?  Judging from the comments in the
unusual_devs.h file, the US_PR_BULK flag may be critical.

Are the errors you posted consistent when you add the entry Alan describes, or does it then not work for a different reason?
