The official maintainer for the APIC/IOAPIC subsystem and lowlevel X86 SMP
support is Ingo Molnar, <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>.  That's from the MAINTAINERS
file.  No mailing list is mentioned, but linux-kernel would be 
appropriate.  You might also want to continue CC-ing linux-usb-devel.
