It seems to be just as good with only the patch you sent.

When I use just the patch from your previous mail I get the attached -5
log which contains a single CC=3's after ifup.

When I use the complete new version I also get exactly 1 CC=3, as shown
in the -6 log.

After I do a lot of transfers (actually copying /var/log/debug for the
above tests) I see a few more CC=3 in the logs, as in the attached -7
which is from the new version of the driver rather than the patch. I had
to cut this one at a fairly arbitrary point since it was 10M
uncompressed, it still include 3-4 CC=3 events.
