To get a view on the chip itself I have to dissect the complete usb frame. I'd 
like to avoid that because there are small platic noses that look like you 
have to break them to open... :(

The frame is a Morstar (www.morstar.com.tw) RX-9 case (Part No. MS-500U2). It 
is not listed on the Morstar website (like usual for small taiwan 
companies...)
