If you want, I will send a patch to fix the kernel up by removing the driver at all, otherwise be also prepared to accept any decompressors I might submit in the future. I don't see why pwc is a particular case. V4L2 is enough for the decompression to be done in userspace; there is one example under usb/media/ . Thanks, Luca Risolia
