As I said, the machine was completely locked up at that point, and
magic-sysreq got no response. I'll try turning on more debugging. It
seems to be non-deterministic; I have suspended and resumed a few times
since then without problem. It is possible it was related to netconsole
(which I had enabled to try to get more detailed info).
