Well, there's a known workaround - don't rmmod a driver while it's
handling a multi-interface USB device - so it can probably wait till
the next release.

Anyway I understand that Greg maintains the bugfix series too so he's
free to take it wherever he finds appropriate.

Are you talking of some private tree?  The comments I've posted re.
this problem in the klist case were against 2.6.12-rc2-mm3, and I
haven't seen anything more recent which would fix it.
