OK, then given that it's intermittent, it's probably something
else going on with your system.  Some other PCI driver for
example; first, check anything that's sharing the IRQ with
that OHCI controller.

They're easy to find.  Most motherboards that don't
have Intel or VIA chips use OHCI.  And likewise, most
any PCI add-in card for USB that doesn't have a chip
from one of those vendors is going to be OHCI too.
