I wanted to add one more scenario that is, device is OFF, it's charging if we give AT+CFUN=0 command, it again disconnect the device.

Second scenario is, if device is not charging, if we give command AT+CFUN=0, it disconnect the device. Third scenario is, if device is charging, give AT+CFUN=0 it disconnect the device. I hope you understood the problem. Is there any thing that we need take care device condition to avoid disconnect (while charging) if so, please let me know. Or at least, there's an inconsistency when _entering_ the "OFF" state from "ON" ... it disconnects in one case, not the other.
