It does happen commonly, even though in theory it shouldn't. (Yogi Berra
once said, "In theory there's no difference between theory and practice.
In practice there is.") Apparently some USB devices don't like to respond
as quickly as they should when they are first plugged in. As long as your
device enumerates properly in the end, a few warning messages along the
way won't matter.

So far the problem didn't show up, it on my systems it takes between
20min and sometimes days before it happens. Anyhow, thats how it looks
at the moment w/o errors. I'll send you another one once I see the problem.
