Hello, I am trying to use USB Client (Device Driver) support on MX.21 board (ARM processor) using Freescale patches.
It is Kernel 2.4.20 and I selected "USB Device Support", and I disabled "Support for USB" (host) else I cannot compile. Then I wrote VendorID, ProductID, Product Name, Manufacturer Name, Self Powered, EP0 support, "Serial Function", and "MX2 Device support" (everything inside the Kernel, not as module) I was expecting that, using this Kernel with the USB cable to my computer and using lsusb in host computer I should see ProductID and VendorID but nothing appears. In dmesg logs I don't see anything related with USB... I don't know if I have to do something more (what, then?) or how to solve/investigate the problem (I have not found any webpage or howto explaining this topic).
