This is not correct. The MediaQ base driver is not ARM-specific, I know
at least of one person who have successfully used this same driver
(together with the MediaQ UDC gadget driver) on a MIPS-based PDA.

This patch was added because it does not build with gcc 2.95.2 on x86. We should update the driver to build with gcc 2.95.2 and then we can remove this patch.
