Hello We are running Linux 2.4.20 on a custom hardware. We are using a USB based 3M touch screen. After Linux comes up, the touch screen is responding. We use JRE for the UI and when we touch the screen while JRE is being untarred the touch screen stops responding after a few touches. We tried the same thing with a USB mouse also and the behavior is same. If we restart X alone the Mouse or Touch screen works again. If we do not touch the screen or operate the USB mouse while untarring, every thing seems to be fine. Any idea what could be wrong?
