Here it is. Seems a bit strange to me: endpoint 0x82 is a cdc modem, and
endpoint 0x86 is an OBEX interface. The dku2 driver isn't needeed for
these. There's also endpoint 0x83, and that might be the right interface.
So I think the dku2 driver should be kept out of kernel for now, until
it's tested with more phones. And in my opinion it's better to rename it
into dku2-fbus or some such, because the DKU2 cable connection provides
other services too - ACM modems, OBEX and mass storage.
