The full speed host interface on OMAP 5912 is USB 2.0 compatible,
so you should be all set.

Unless you mean "high speed usb"?  In which case, you'll need some
external chip.  Your TI contacts should be able to point you towards
some high speed USB solutions that work with OMAP.
