I submitted the above 4 patches to the forum over a month ago. The
patches were created specifically for the Saitek Cyborg 3D Rumble Joystick.

You can find the patches at:
[PATCH 2.6.13] usbhid: do not unplug queue on urb success:
        http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/message.php?msg_id=13460640
  [PATCH 2.6.13] usbhid: hidinput_configure_usage - simulation page:
        http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/message.php?msg_id=13483560
[PATCH 2.6.13] usbhid: saitek cyborg 3d rumble (0xff52) driver:
        http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/message.php?msg_id=13511026
[PATCH 2.6.13] usbhid: add pid page usages:
        http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/message.php?msg_id=13509573

Please note that:
- "[PATCH 2.6.13] usbhid: do not unplug queue on urb success" is a
general bug fix for the usbhid module.
- "[PATCH 2.6.13] usbhid: hidinput_configure_usage - simulation page"
  fixes Kernel Bug 4626.

Since I have not yet received any comments regarding these patches, I am
wondering whether I am missing something on the way to officially adding
them to the kernel source.

Should I wait some more, or perhaps do something? Comments from users
who tried the driver are also welcome.
