Hi devs, I noticed a bug in kernel-2.6.14 on PC side. I have a SHARP SL-5600 (poodle) to that I connect via usbnet and always could ssh into it. Moreover the zaurus succesful booted into a nfs-mounted gentoo. Well, so good with kernel 2.6.13.
After I updated to kernel 2.6.14 on the PC, suddently the zaurus did not boot over nfs anymore. Moreover, the connection hang as soon as I transfered a larger amount of data via usbnet. Larger means, the output of dmesg via SSH causes the console to hang, in a way that even a Strg+C does not help anymore. ls -l /home worked, (only five dirs in it) but ls /etc caused the same hang. Of course transfering files via nfs is now dieing badly. All these commands do work well if I type them in into the zaurus konsole. And all these problems disappear, when I use kernel 2.6.13 on my PC. I can confirm this problem on two different PCs. It makes no difference whether I use gentoo-sources or vanilla-sources. The bug ist still there in 2.6.15-rc5. I have to note that I always use the same .config file, that I just copied between the linux sources. Well, I hope someone of you can repair this.
