Three replies to one message! Oh dear!

I often suggest people try swsusp when they have a problem with
Suspend2. It helps discern whether Suspend2 is broken or the driver is
doing something wrong. I don sack cloth and ashes as I confess that I
failed to take my own medicine. I tried swsusp, and didn't get any
problems with the mouse, so I guess something has changed such that
swsusp is doing the right thing and suspend2 isn't. Sorry for wasting
your time!
