Hi again. Three replies to one message! Oh dear!
I often suggest people try swsusp when they have a problem with Suspend2. It helps discern whether Suspend2 is broken or the driver is doing something wrong. I don sack cloth and ashes as I confess that I failed to take my own medicine. I tried swsusp, and didn't get any problems with the mouse, so I guess something has changed such that swsusp is doing the right thing and suspend2 isn't. Sorry for wasting your time! Twice in one day! :( Nigel ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Splunk Inc. Do you grep through log files for problems? Stop!
