Something does not add up here. uhci is for a full speed (or low speed)
usb bus, so it runs at 12,000,000 hz in full speed mode. The theoretical
maximum transfer rate is around 1 MB/sec. So how are you getting 14
times the possible transmission rate?

Ehci has to be involved somewhere, either compiled in or it is already
loaded.
