This patch (as640) removes several put_device and the corresponding
get_device calls from the USB core and HCDs. Some of the puts were done
in atomic contexts, and none of them are needed since the core now
guarantees that every endpoint will be disabled and every URB completed
before a USB device is released.

While testing this, I noticed other warnings from put_device. They came
from the SCSI core and from James Bottomley's get/put method additions to
klists (i.e., klist_children_put in drivers/base/core.c). It's not clear
to me that klist_children_get/put is needed, provided the call to
klist_del in device_del is changed to klist_remove.
Have you spoken to James about this?
