I have 2.6.15.2 kernel.
The connection was working fine, but then modem (it's my mobile phone, i'm 
using cdc-acm) rebooted suddenly. There were diffirent results in these cases.

First time dmesg said: 

usb 3-1: USB disconnect, address 4
drivers/usb/class/cdc-acm.c: acm_ctrl_irq - usb_submit_urb failed with result

But next time oops occured and dmesg said:
