Thank you for your replies :)

Like Christian suggested, I gave these two commands:
rmmod uhci_hcd
modprobe uhci-hcd
I still have to test it better, but it seems to work.

usb_reset_device() sounds good too. I understood that it's related with the 
linux kernel, but I actually don't know how to apply it.
