Surely, there is hub and behind it there is usual scsi usb storage with 
multiple disks emulated 
I suspect. I am attaching the lsusb out, sorry, that I haven't attached it 
earlier.

P.S. Thanks a lot to Alan for useful info, of course there is not much help 
from manufacturer, let's
hope that reverse engineering will give the results.
