No, zero means "runtime-selectable". The ub only works with 8/6/50
devices, so this disqualifies anything that
 - uses 8070, 8020, RBC, etc.
 - uses UFI, even over bulk
 - uses CB or CBI for transport
 - needs any initialization function

Also, a bunch of devices use unknown protocols, because they only
have SC_DEVICE and PR_DEVICE listed.

So, in the end almost everything has to be locked to usb-storage.
