Hallo, why is there no usb_attach_kernel_driver_np() in libusb?
For example with the FTDI USB2Serial chips, we can use the chip as ttyUSB via the kernel driver and as a machine for other (serial) protocolls like jtag via libusb. However if we detach the serial driver via the libusb call usb_detach_kernel_driver_np(), we have no way to reattach it later, beside unplugging the device or by issuing the ioctl by hand. -- Uwe Bonnes [EMAIL PROTECTED] Institut fuer Kernphysik Schlossgartenstrasse 9 64289 Darmstadt --------- Tel. 06151 162516 -------- Fax. 06151 164321 ---------- ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Using Tomcat but need to do more?
