The first config is for a driver that doesn't know about configs and
that would blow up when seeing 24-bit sample formats.  For the same
reason, the MIDI port is not included in the first config.

The Audigy 2 NX is similar, i.e., it has one mode for usbaudio.sys and
one for the real driver, but it uses a vendor-specific message to
switch to the second mode.  (Only the second mode is high speed; it
actually resets itself and reconnects.)
