Maybe this is the problem.  The user should not be loading usbmouse or 
usbkbd; they are obsolete drivers and not well behaved.  The usbhid driver 
should be used instead.

Interface 0 is a keyboard and interface 2 is a mouse.  What is interface 
1?  Maybe its driver is causing the problem.
