Is right this clean #ifdef means?

Also, I think that loading driver module on demand is a job of hotplug, instead
of this, isn't right?

Changelogs: (upto 20060817)

        1. clean #ifdef CONFIG_XXX macros.
        2. add source file hid-simple.c for above reason.

Changelogs: (upto 20060814)

        1. add force-feedback driver support.
        2. add simple driver module refcnt support.
        3. add two CONFIG_HID_SIMPLE and CONFIG_HID_SIMPLE_FF Kconfig entries.
        4. refactoring.
        5. replace two semaphones with mutex.
        6. some bugfixes.

It also can apply on 2.6.17.6 and 2.6.17.8 at least.
