Thank you very much Dave. I have now created an application that would use the gadgetfs driver in the kernel. Is there any way to test the application on omap5912? Coz Omap5912 has no usb device port available, only host. (I don't know if this helps but we have a prototyping board that could expose the pins on the connectors located on the other side of the omap board).
