But I'm Sorry, I can't test the newer kernel on account of our machine
and drivers.
I think the timing exists that usb_disconnect from hub_events and
usb_disconnect from usb_remove_hcd would remove same usb device.
I think it is possible that the timing occurrs in case of hotplug,
but I can't test the newer kernel ...sorry...
