Hello, I need to disable (i.e., turn off power and everything) one of my UHCI ports.
"echo -n 2 >/sys/bus/usb/devices/usb4/power/state" does not do that. Is that possible? If not, what would be involved in adding support for it? The reason I need that feature is a misbehaving device; every few hours it gets enough EMI from the GSM module sitting right next to it that it goes off to la-la land. I haven't found any way to reset it, other than to unplug it, and I'd like to do that in software. -- Matthias Urlichs ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Using Tomcat but need to do more?
