Chris,

There are a few problems with your patch:

1. It's not in order - 006d is less than 00ea, but you put your entry (00ea)
first.

2. Please don't include the entire range of devices between 0000 and 9999
unless you have some reason to believe there are multiple affected devices
throughout the range. Just use the bcdDevice number for the affected device.

3. Are you sure the US_FL_FIX_INQUIRY flag is needed? It's rarely needed
these days? Have you tried the patch without that flag?

4. Please always include the output of /proc/bus/usb/devices with the device
plugged in with any submission for unusual_devs.h.
