Because I have seen problems with sample speed detection and also with some formats (works in 2.6) I have a question to you brilliant people out there...
How can I change the code so that I can achieve a certain samplerate when the driver only sees 44100 and 48000? lsusb also reports these speeds as the only ones possible but I can see more values in 2.6 and better yet, I can set and use more values (8KHz and 16KHz) are the ones I'm after. And yes, it has to be the 2.4 kernel. I have tried to look at the code but it looks like there are some rules to what format can be with what samplerates (but I'm not sure).
