Hi,
after switching on and connecting the emtrion HICO.ARM9 demo board to a
Windows 2000 PC in the device manager appears a "USB device" with a
yellow exclamation mark. This might be o.k. because at this time no
operating system is running on the demo board. After booting the kernel
(with compiled in at91_udc driver), the yellow marked "USB device" still
is present.
After loading the g_file_storage module the yellow marked "USB device"
disappears. No other device appears!
When I try to rmmod g_file_storage the yellow marked "USB device"
re-appears and the board seems to hang. Switching on debug messages shows
a fast repeating
g_file_storage gadget: disconnect or port reset
Here is a (quite long) log what happens when connecting the gadget with a
Linux host. To show more details, I added something like DBG("%s\n",
__FUNCTION__) on top of every function. As noted earlier - the host PC
does not recognise the attaching of the gadget, but it recognises the
rmmod g_file_storage:
