That's one of the reasons I suggested she look at AIO sooner, rather than
later.  :)

It should be perfectly reasonable to expect userspace to just deliver a
bunch of AIO requests, one per ISO packet, with lio_listio() instead of
trying to talk in terms of urb->iso_frame_desc[] packet arrays.

Of course, that's also the point at which I think it's unreasonable to
think a "simple" programming environment, like ASH, should be able to
talk like a driver to a USB device.
