This is quite alarming. Maybe you want to check the 1s file and see how
many events usbmon is losing. It should not be many, unless the user-mode
CPU is starved and cat is not running. Dramatically bumping EVENT_MAX
might help, if so. Or not, I dunno. Depending on your circumstances.

If we get multiply callbacks in reality, many things my break, especially
when files are closed, devices disconnected, modules removed, etc.
