Hi. I don't know if this is the correct list to hit, so please excuse me if
it's not.

I have a DLP-TILT with an FT232RL with PID 0xfbfa which I couldn't get working
with the ftdi_sio drivers. I emailed FTDI, and they suggested adding the PID
to ftdi_sio.h. I changed FTDI_SIO_PID to 0xfbfa to get the device working,
instead of adding a new PID. This worked fine. Should perhaps the 0xfbfa PID,
corresponding to the FT232RL, which as far as I can see is not handled in
ftdi_sio anywhere, be added to future releases so that other users won't have
to add it manually? I don't know about your policies about these things, but
I thought I'd ask.

Info about the device, if that's necessary:
/proc/bus/usb/devices contains:

I'm not subscribed to the list, so please CC me.

Thanks.
