We sent hardware to Greg KH. Can he get it to you? Patch looks okay just reading it, but I currently don't have time to test it. Doubly unfortunately, about a year and a half ago I rewrote the driver but the project stalled out and it's never been submitted. The rewrite is much improved, but is now far out of date wrt the kernel. I'd have to get time to bring it up to date before submitting, and that's not likely to happen.
