I keep the USB "tree" as a quilt tree of patches against Linus's latest
nightly git snapshots. This tree of patches is kept in git and can be
browsed at:
        http://git.kernel.org/?p=linux/kernel/git/gregkh/patches.git;a=summary
Information on how to clone it using git can be found there.

Or you can just use rsync or ftp or http and get the patches at:
        kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/people/gregkh/gregkh-2.6/

They are split up by driver, pci, and usb directories, and should be
applied in that order. Usually there are no interdependencies, but
sometimes there is.

Does this help?

thanks,
