... so it didn't exactly apply against a current kernel, especially
since you didn't do a "diff" from the top level of the kernel tree!

The ISO endpoint changes wern't right; it should have checked the
high speed descriptors if the device was in high speed mode!

As for the other bits, I'll have a look at those.  Patches that
apply are a lot easier to review.  :)
